The Pre-Purchase Consulting Service provides information and support regarding the requirements, search, selection, and contract negotiations necessary for procuring a new system.
We offer un-biased information regarding the software packages available to suit your needs, the firms that offer the applications, and the services that those firms offer in support of their software.
We'll also take care of managing a fair and structured Request for Proposal or Request for Information process (RFP/RFI), from developing and distributing the requests, to receiving and evaluating the responses.
